Return/Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PulseForm™. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund terms below. 


1. Return Period 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

  • Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (if applicable, list here).


3. Non-Returnable or Partial Refunds

Returns may be rejected or only partially refunded if:

  • The item shows obvious signs of use or damage not caused by us.

  • The item is missing parts or accessories not due to our error.

  • The return request is made after the 30-day window.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If rejected, we will inform you of the reason.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you do not see your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Re-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting delays may occur).

  3. Contact us at support@pulseformco.com for further assistance.


6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, please email us at support@pulseformco.com with your order number and details.


7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) will be deducted from the refund amount.
